Content

The trainer presents the Business Model Canvas

Participants reflect systematically on the model, while brainstorming and presenting it.

The trainers split the participants into 3 groups.

Each group tries to use the Canvas Business Model for a different product or service:

  • Group 1 – A dispensible product
  • Group 2 – An indispensable product
  • Group 3 – A service

Participants will consider their:

  • Key partners
  • Key activities
  • Value propositions
  • Customer relationships
  • Customer segments
  • Key resources
  • Distribution channel
  • Cost structure
  • Revenue stream
  • Exit strategy

The participants present the 3 models, feedback from the wider group.
